Heavy-Duty Trailer Rental

1. Rental & Return: This is a contract for rental of the trailer. You must return the trailer to the pickup location on the date and time specified, in the same condition you received it, except for ordinary wear. Late returns are charged at $30 per hour.

2. Security Deposit: A $100 refundable security deposit is required at pickup. We may use your deposit to pay any monies owed under this agreement, including our estimate of damages to the trailer.

3. Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for all damage to, or loss or theft of, the trailer, including damage caused by weather, road conditions, and acts of nature, whether or not you are at fault. You must report all accidents involving the trailer to us and the police within 24 hours.

4. Prohibited Uses: The following uses are prohibited:

• Transporting dangerous, hazardous items, or illegal materials
• Towing by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Allowing the trailer to be towed by anyone not an authorized driver
• Use when loaded beyond its rated capacity
• Towing through structures without sufficient clearance
• Use outside the United States
• Any use in furtherance of illegal purposes

5. Insurance: You must provide liability insurance coverage on the trailer during the entire rental period through the motor vehicle insurance policy covering your towing vehicle. Minimum $100,000 liability coverage required. Valid driver's license and insurance will be verified at pickup.

6. Charges: You agree to pay all charges including: rental fees, applicable taxes (8.25%), traffic/toll/parking violations, costs to recover the trailer if not returned as agreed, and a reasonable fee (up to $500) to clean the trailer if returned substantially less clean than when rented.

7. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, costs, and attorney fees resulting from this rental and your use of the trailer. We make no warranties, express, implied, or apparent, regarding the trailer.

8. Cancellation: Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
